Mitch Wright ASLA, AICP, LEED AP

Mitch Wright has been practicing landscape architecture for over 36 years, most recently with his company, Vista Planning & Design. The philosophy underpinning all of Vista’s work is to strike the right balance between connecting with the community involved in the project, thoughtful environmental stewardship, and high-quality design. Mr. Wright’s practice spans a broad spectrum of services and projects, ranging from small-scale landscape architecture to comprehensive city planning.

​Vista strives to keep a balance between public and private practice and currently has various projects in progress, including private development permitting initiatives including large mixed-use master planning, city and county parks, and other projects, Vista’s work extends across multiple cities and counties in Texas. Mr. Wright holds certifications as a planner and a registered landscape architect. Additionally, Mr. Wright is also an accomplished photographer with awards and many exhibitions featuring his black and white photography titled Dynamic Community Living among other portfolios.
